The service is for entertainment purposes only.
Videos are generated by AI and may not be perfect. Artifacts, voice inconsistencies, or visual anomalies may occur.
We do not guarantee that the generated video will perfectly resemble any specific person or meet specific artistic expectations.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Contains hate speech, explicit content, or promotes violence.
Attempts to mislead others (e.g., deepfakes used for fraud).

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules and report illegal content to authorities.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos and names you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a temporary license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your video.

Our Content: The underlying technology, templates, Santa avatars, and website design are owned by Santa Video.

4. Purchases & Refunds

For paid custom videos, due to the high computational costs of AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once the rendering process has started, unless the video is technically defective (e.g., fails to play). Free videos are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANTA VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
